Where
to Stay-Padang Bai
Padangbai
– Candidasa
After
Klungkung, the eastbound road joins the coast near Kusamba, a
long beach covered with salt farms, and alas rather dirty. The
next stop is Padangbai , a lively harbour used as the starting
point for ferries bound for Lombok , Nusa Lembongan, or Nusa Penida.
This is a good base for diving , with an ample choice of hotel,

choice of accommodation and activities will prefer to stay
a few kilometers further along the coast in quiet villages of
Buitan, Manggis, or Sengkidu , or in the once-popular beach resort
of Candidasa .
