This long stretch of white sand extend between ­ two temples and is considered sacred by the Bali nese, who conduct ceremonies there. The re­st of the time, it is worshipped by local expatriates, who come here with their families to enjoy the quiet turquoise water and the great simple food served on the relaxed terrace of the restaurant above the sand.
